Setting up headphones on a PC is very simple, requiring only two steps: physical connection and system setup.

Step 1: Physical Connection
Connect the headphones to your computer correctly, depending on your headphone type:

1. USB Headphones: Plug directly into any USB port on your computer.
2.  3.5mm Single-Plug Headphones: Plug into the only headphone jack on your computer case (usually marked with a headphone icon).
3. 3.5mm Dual-Plug Headphones:

• Green Plug → Plug into the green jack (for listening to sound).

Step 2: System Settings (Ensure Headphones are Recognized)
