There is radiation, but it's non-ionizing. Its intensity is extremely low, within currently recognized international safety standards, and harmless to human health.
Radiation is divided into two main categories:
- Ionizing radiation: This radiation has extremely high energy, sufficient to damage the DNA structure of human cells and pose a risk of cancer. Examples include X-rays, gamma rays, and nuclear radiation. Wireless headphones do not produce this type of radiation.
- Non-ionizing radiation: This radiation has low energy and does not damage DNA. Almost all electromagnetic devices we encounter in our daily lives produce non-ionizing radiation. Examples include visible light, microwave ovens, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile phone signals, and radio signals.
