• We offer tiered pricing for wholesale orders - the larger the quantity, the lower the price

• Consider overseas logistics costs, We provide 3% spare parts or 3‰ finished products to our customers for each batch of goods. The spare parts can be selected : mic windscreens, earpads, and cables.

• Among these, mic windscreens and earpads can be replaced directly, while cables require basic soldering skills for replacement.

• Qty ≤ 5000pcs or customized requirements, Production cycle within 30 days

• Qty ≤ 3000pcs or customized requirements, Production cycle within 20 days

• Qty ≤ 1000pcs or customized requirements, Production cycle within 15 days

• For orders ≥ USD 5,000: PI confirmation → 50% payment → Production start → Final 50% payment (after production) → Shipment.

• For orders < USD 5,000: PI confirmation → 100% payment → Production start → Shipment.

• Customers can entrust a designated Chinese freight forwarder to pick up the goods from the factory, or the factory can ship the goods directly to the freight forwarder.
• If the customer does not specify a Chinese freight forwarder, the factory will arrange for a third-party logistics company to handle the transportation according to the shipping method specified by the customer. The logistics costs will be borne by the customer.
• Customers can also place orders directly on platforms such as UPS or DHL, provide the tracking number to the factory, and the factory will contact the platform for pickup.
