• For orders ≥USD 5,000: PI confirmation → 50% payment → Production start → Final 50% payment (after production) → Shipment.
• For orders ≤USD 5,000: PI confirmation → 100% payment → Production start → Shipment.

• The goods can be picked up at the factory by the customer's nominated freight forwarder.
• Alternatively, the factory can ship the goods directly to the customer's designated freight forwarder in China.

• White kraft paper box
• If required, the headset box can be printed with your company QR code and your custom product model number.

Customized packaging style

• Headset box: MOQ>=2000pcs, otherwise, an additional setup fee will apply.
• Logo Printing: MOQ>=1000pcs, otherwise, pricing will be based on the number of colors.
• Headset bag: MOQ>=10000pcs
• More customization requirements can be discussed separately

• Consider overseas logistics costs, We provide 3% spare parts or 3‰ finished products to our customers for each batch of goods. The spare parts can be selected : mic windscreens, earpads, and cables.
• Among these, mic windscreens and earpads can be replaced directly, while cables require basic soldering skills for replacement.
