1.Product Selection

• Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Presentation: Showcase products and services, including styles, pricing, and features.
• Support: Address and resolve client inquiries.

2.Confirm Printing & Packaging Requirements

• Specs: Inform the client of current packaging requirements and dimensions.
• Logo Placement: Upon agreement, confirm logo printing locations (packaging and product).
• Design & MOQ: If no agreement is reached, request a design draft from the client. For custom packaging sizes, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is ≥2000 units. Orders under 2000 units will be charged based on a 2000-unit run.
• Mockup: Create and send a sample mockup for client approval.

3.Pricing & Quotation

• Product Cost: Discuss model, quantity, printing, packaging, and logistics.
• Delivery Terms: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board).

4.Order Confirmation

• Finalize Details: Confirm product model, quantity, delivery schedule, and packaging/logistics via email.
• Deposit: Upon agreement, the client pays a 50% deposit.
• Official Order: We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) to formalize the order.

5.Mass Production & QC

• Production: Once the order is placed, it moves to the production floor for mass manufacturing.
• Quality Control: QC monitors each step to ensure all products meet release standards.

6.Production Completed

• Fulfillment: Complete the customer order according to the agreed quality and quantity.
• Final Payment: The customer pays the remaining balance.

7.Delivery & Shipping

• Notification: Inform the customer that the order is completed and ready for handover.
• Logistics: Pack and ship according to the logistics method confirmed by the customer.
