What are the functions of the charging dock and how to connect it?

  • The base of the dual-mode headset houses an internal wireless receiver.
  • The wireless receiver-typically a small dongle resembling a USB flash drive-is a core component designed to enable the dual-mode headset to establish a low-latency, stable connection with desktop computers (as well as laptops or game consoles).

 

Connection Method:

  • Connect the headset's base to a USB port on your desktop computer using the provided data cable. One end of the data cable is a Type-C connector for the charging dock, and the other end is a USB connector for the PC.
  • The headset will automatically pair with the receiver via a dedicated wireless frequency band.
  • Your computer will recognize the device as a standard "USB Audio Device," allowing for immediate use without the need to install any additional drivers.

How to pair with multiple devices?

 

 

Wireless Pairing and Unpairing with Computer:

  1. Pairing: Connect the base to the computer' s USB port with a data cable;the base indicator flashes red and blue rapidly to enter the search and pairingmode. Press and hold the E button on the headphones for 3" to power on,wait for automatic pairing, and pairing is complete when the headphonesannounce "Connected to computer".
  2. Unpairing:Receiver base: Press and hold the clear pairing button on the base for 3 "until the headphones announce "Device disconnected";the base indicatorflashes red and blue rapidly to enter the rescan mode. Unpairing is completeonce the USB data cable is unplugged.Headphones: Push and hold the S function button for 3 " until the head-phones announce "Unpairing successful"; the process is complete when theheadphone indicator flashes green briefly.
  3. Re-pairing: Follow the steps in Section 1.

 

Bluetooth Pairing with Mobile Phone:

  • Bluetooth activates automatically when the headphones power on. Bring yourBluetooth device close to the headphones, search for the device name "Head-phone" and complete the pairing connection.
