As a manufacturer, Bain & Company typically categorizes cables by color: red (MIC+), white (SPK+), black (SPK-), and blue (MIC-) for ease of production. However, cable colors may vary from brand to brand, so knowing the corresponding functional sequence is crucial to adjust the wiring sequence before shipment.
• If you're unsure of the wiring diagram, we recommend adding an RJ-8T wiring adapter. This resolves the issue of inconsistent wiring sequences across most brands.

• Noise Reduction: The USB series offers ENC dual-mic noise reduction, while other interfaces only offer physical noise reduction.
• For compatibility with IP phones from brands such as Cisco, Yealink, and Avaya, it is recommended to provide an RJ wiring diagram to ensure accuracy. If this is not available, we strongly recommend purchasing an RJ-8T wiring conditioner. It has eight selectable settings and can resolve wiring incompatibility issues with most brands on the market.
