Step3: PI Comfirm
Once an agreement has been reached, I will prepare a Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing the client information, product specifications, pricing, quantities, bank transfer details, and other relevant information.The client is required to confirm this via email.
Step4: Payment
Please make the payment after confirming the PI.
- For orders ≥ USD 5,000: PI confirmation → 50% payment → Production start → Final 50% payment (after production) → Shipment.
- For orders < USD 5,000: PI confirmation → 100% payment → Production start → Shipment.

Step5: Production
Upon receipt of payment, the factory will commence production.
- Qty ≤ 5000pcs or customized requirements, Production cycle within 30 days
- Qty ≤ 3000pcs or customized requirements, Production cycle within 20 days
- Qty ≤ 1000pcs or customized requirements, Production cycle within 15 days
Step6: Transportation
Terms of the transaction-EXW
This is the primary method.
Why FOB is Not Recommended?FOB involves numerous hidden costs, such as trucking fees, customs clearance fees, documentation fees, inspection fees, etc., which are often much higher than those charged by forwarders.
Transportation
Once production is finished, the customer shall pay the balance, and the factory will proceed with shipment.
1. With China forwarder: Factory ships to forwarder.
2. Without China forwarder:
- Customer books via UPS/DHL, factory arranges pickup.
- Factory finds forwarder, customer pays.
Related documents
When shipping, we will provide relevant documents at the same time, such as: Packing list, Commercial invoice, Shipment photos etc.
If customs-related documentation is required, we will submit it without delay.
